Just started using my Greater Everyday planner really helps to set goals, prioritise daily and weekly targets and keep my head clear and focussed on achieving what's most important in a realistic timeframe, excellent product thank you Greater Everyday!

The planner is great for organising my progression, I feel when I’m writing it down It helps me get into the right mindset when it comes to improving my fitness.
I like that I can quickly flick back in the moment to see where I was and what I can aim for, much less hassle than figuring out a complicated app through your phone that doesn’t give me the detail or notes that I need to get through my gym sesh. It’s ease of use I think, doesn’t take much between sets and it’s easy to look through.
Hardback is essential I think, it’s durable when knocking around my gym bag and the laminate gloss keeps any stains or dirt off of it.
Quality is brilliant in my opinion & worth the price!

As someone who has struggled with Journalling but needs something to stay on track, this has everything you need for a successful day!

As a personal trainer who is constantly changing exercises, weight, reps, for me and my clients, this could not have been more helpful to keep us all on track and progressively overloading!

This planner has transformed, could even say skyrocketed, my physique in the past 3 months that I have been using it. It has allowed me take the gym more serious by tracking my workouts. So I can assure that I’m always striving to do better than last session. It has boosted my confidence and mental health by showing me physical progress in black and white on paper. Although it’s only been 3 months using it, it’s nice to look back at how far I’ve come and what I’ve achieved. Compared to before where I sometimes wasn’t sure if I was making progress. I don’t know what I’d do without it now and I can’t recommend it enough :)

I have been using this planner everyday since I bought it a few weeks ago now, and I can already see the changes in the way I think. Morning and evening, not matter how my day has gone, I’m always writing down positive things. So by writing what I am grateful for, my daily affirmations and what would make today greater, I’m focusing on what is truly important to me and the things that I can control. I’ve never been one to write how my day has gone but this is so quick and easy to use and implement into your life, it’s brilliant. 100% worth it!

Ive been searching for a physical fitness tracker for a long time, as fitness apps are distracting and a pain to set up, after a friend recommended this planner I decided to bite the bullet and buy one to see how good it could actually be. This planner has been a game changer, it starts by explaining the benefits and design, helping you to see its value immediately. The goal- setting section clarifies your personal motivations, and provides you with the tools to understand the steps you can take to reach your goals. The actual tracking pages are so simple to use easily logging exercises and reps with space for up to 6 sets, which is ideal for drop sets. The ability to review past sessions has been incredibly useful as I am able to try and beat what I managed to do last session. This planner has helped keep me on track with training and progressively overloading. Ive seen my strength soar and am becoming excited to hit the gym again. I love every aspect of this tracker and wish I had started using this before!

Perfect book for myself to improve everything especially in the gym and at a very good price.👍
